Work Description: Water bill extremely high, hired to check sprinkler system

Comments: Alex came out here and found one sprinkler head which he moved and fixed. However he was asked to check out the whole system and find any leaks which he did not. Paid him $500.00 and he didn't leave an invoice and he didn't email one either.
