Work Description: Electrical Panel Upgrade & EV Charger Install
Comments: STAY AWAY FROM GALICIA ELECTRIC. 0/10 would NOT recommend. The initial interaction and work was just ok. Following up after payment was made was a nightmare. First of all, the permits are pulled under Delfino Electric since Galicia is not a licensed master electrician. The permits obtained for the work were not sufficient. Mistakes happen but too many chances were given for the issue to still not be resolved. I had to follow up with Code Compliance myself to find this out as Galicia kept giving the run around when I followed up. Money was paid to have Central Hudson reseal the meter and it has yet to be done. Work was done in Dec 2023 and I’m still dealing with this issue now in July 2024. They stopped answering the phone and have not heard back from them.-
