Work Description: Exterior/Interior Painting
Comments: We contracted Fredy's Painting to paint the exterior of our Winchester house. In short, our experience was very positive.Fredy has a good personality and is easy to work with. His price was fair, and he stuck to it. Any change recommendations were communicated beforehand, so there were no surprises. He was onsite every day - there was no subcontracting. He and his crew were quiet and respectful of the neighbors - no loud music or shouting. In addition to the painting, Fredy also made some carpentry repairs on shingles and trim boards.
We are satisfied with the fair price and the high quality of his work - so much so that we contracted him for indoor projects the following winter with similar results. We are pleased with our choice to have Fredy paint our home and give him our highest recommendation.

Work Description: House painting
Comments: Having read the first review, I could not believe that this was the same tradesman. I had contacted Fredy about replacing some lattice work for me. Which he did as contracted.I was impressed enough with his work, that I asked for a quote to paint my house. I thought his price was fair, he was there with help as specified, and the job was done on time(a couple days late due to rainstorms) and at the quoted price.
I would have no problem referring him or rehiring him based on the work he did for me.
