Comments: hired to put a fixture up and now the fixture blinks when first turn on this after he kept dropping the screws and went to truck 4 different times for a new screw wasting time taking only cash or check charging $300 for a simple job after he left found screws and connecters in box fixture came in now I will have to get it rehung so it does not blink when turned on.Patchogue NY

Comments: When this guy came to my house he went straight to the outlet started taking it apart when all I asked him was to give me an estimate and he already had it all apart and then he tells me $200 I told him I didn't want to work done to stop what he's doing he started yelling at me very unprofessional he left slam my door and took my outlet with him he tripped my circuit breakers very unprofessional all I asked was for an estimate not for him to come in and start taking everything apart who in their right mind would pay $200 for a $5 part I went to Home Depot got the outlet and replaced it myself I will never use them again where is the honestyTallahassee FL

Comments: Dennis Cudak from Fran Electric was honest about the repairs needed. He explained what was necessary and the cost. My only complaint is that with his 50 years experience, he should have first tested the electric wires for the four motion sensors, prior to installation. It wasn't until night time I discovered the four motion sensors did not come on. In addition to this, I now have to pay an additional $125 to either have the lights removed or wires electric wires checked.Smithtown NY
