Comments: I paid this contractor $2660 for materials and signed a contract on 11-9. Matthew did less than half the job and has yet to come back or finish the job.
I have texted him numerous times and just keeps telling me he will finish the job.
I have asked for money back or materials brought to me.
I just keep getting excuses

Comments: Matt was great bidding and getting the job, but once I made the deposit for the materials things because pretty stressful. We would communicate on a regular basis but there was always a delay as to when they would start work. He claimed he called miss utility to have the property marked, well when I called to follow up there was no ticket that had been placed, so I called 811 Dig so I live in Carolina and placed my own ticket and notified him when all markings were made. His crew came out a few days after to dig and set posts, once those post were set I never saw him again. I kept getting an excuse why they wouldn’t be there for days that he promised work would start. No I am left with over 20 posts in my back yard that have warped, they are not level, spacing is incorrect, and the list goes on. I understand we are human and life happens but no I am in a position with my HOA because I have unfinished work and I have since had to hire a new contractor to undo the work his crew started and start over again. I am still out of the money I paid him as a deposit for the materials and I am now paying double to go with someone new. I wish the circumstances had been different, but now I would just like for him to make things right and correct the wrong.

Comments: Matthew and his crew did a tear down and rebuild of my 20 year old deck. Did a great job. I wanted a future covered porch and needed it designed with care to accommodate the future additions. He delivered on time with complete clean up and haul-away at a fair price.

Comments: This company is also known as Four Seasons Construction. Whatever name Matthew Peelish uses, just know one thing. This man is a crook, and should not be trusted.

Months worth of him saying "I'll come next week and fix it", DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this man.

Comments: After going through 6 contractors I decided to go with these guys. I had to wait around 3 weeks for them to get started, which was agreed upon up front. I cant say enough good about this crew…On Time.. Finished as expected, only 2 days delay because of rain, my shed was more than I bargained for. They go that extra mile . The fence and deck turned out perfect. Mike is an artist with the fencing and Travis is the best deck builder I have ever seen . These guys dont take on every job that comes their way but I’m sure glad they did mine. I will be using them in the future for anything else I need done.

Work Description: Vinyl Fence

Comments: Hired him to do a vinyl fence... took a while to start the actual fence. They tore down my little pond and always promised to come out and replace it but it’s still not fixed. After the storm back in Aug 2020 panels came out leaving holes on two sides. He says that you have a warranty but never comes to fix the issue my fence is still not fixed 7 months later. I’ve called and text with promises to come out and still yet to see anyone

****UPDATE***
once again he failed to correct the issues. He posted a response that clearly was appropriate. Literally had to say I would take the review down to get the work completed with the work still not completed. Absolutely unprofessional please be careful! Google him before. Don’t end up like me spending more money to get the issue fixed.
These repairs have been completed as promised. We hope you enjoy your new fence .

Comments: Southeastern services exceeded my expectations. The fence builder Mike is an artist. Most people don't think about the small details like blending pickets when you need one just a little bigger or smaller than a standard picket width. Additional pluses are the extremely sturdy gate hardware on both gates, one of which is 15 foot wide. The demolition of the existing fence was super quick and they disposed of it. My yard was actually left cleaner than when they started. Thumbs way up for this contractor and his team.
Mike It has been a pleasure working for you and your wife. I want to let everyone know that You did your homework and understood the process as if you yourself were a contractor. That is rare and reassuring to us that a client actually knows how things go. Thank you for the great review. If you ever need us for anything else please don’t hesitate to call. Work Description: REPLACED DOCK

Comments: Do not hire Southeastern Services, also known as Four Seasons Construction, also known as painting co. Numerous delays due to manpower issues, only 1 weather delay. Subcontracted entire job to unlicensed, not bonded company. Had signed contract to include remove/haul away old dock lumber. Gave him the balance remainder on completion of job day with written and verbal promise that old dock lumber would be picked up on next business day. After NUMEROUS texts and voicemail, they showed up 3 weeks later to pick up old dock lumber after I filed legal complaint with BBB.
Miss Karen, I do apologize for the delay in the debris removal. As I had stated to you I had a sick mother out of state and had to devote attention there for two weeks until I could make arrangements for her to have someone with her full time. I had paid a company to pick up the debris and not until I returned did I find out that the debris was still there. I quickly had it removed and it wasn’t because you filed a complaint. As for us using non licensed subs... that is something that we do not and will not do. All our men are licensed and insured . I hate that we left with a bad feeling but lets be honest... the day that we finished most of the debris left with my men... there was maybe a half of a pick up truck left behind and when I found out it was quickly removed. The project turned out beautiful as you yourself stated by giving us a four out of 5 on the job. I feel you would had given us a five star if we hadn’t had this issue about the debris.. Please accept my apologies for the delay in debris removal. We pray that you will have several years of use out of your new dock. We wish you and your family well. Sincerely , Matthew
