Work Description: Hardwood Install
Comments: Chuck and his crew did an amazing job of installing my new hardwood floors. I wanted to use a specific flooring that I had found at a separate vendor, and the entire time, Chuck was very encouraging and even had solid recommendations on how the floors should be installed. He and his crew picked up the flooring material from the vendor exactly when he said they would, and he was ready to begin the work. Even when presented with unforeseen conditions of the existing subfloor in my house, Chuck immediately knew exactly how to address the problem, another testament to his expertise and commitment to his clients - Chuck was also always incredibly responsive, whether by phone, text, email...it didn't matter because whenever I needed to reach Chuck, he always responded, without fail. During the installation process, Chuck was always there to supervise his team, and also to answer my questions or give his insights on how things should be, and he was always right! I am very happy with the final result, the floors look beautiful, and I don't know that I could have done the work without Chuck Williams and his crew from Footprints Floors. I have already recommended him and the company to a number of family and friends, as I think he is THAT great at what he does. I was very fortunate to find Chuck and Footprints Floors, I don't know that my floors would have turned out as wonderfully as they did without him.
