Work Description: Tree Removal and Tree Trimming

Comments: I hired Flores tree service to remove a dangerous Pine that was leaning into my home. This tree was HUGE and it was growing in 2 different directions. A 2nd trunk was as big as the first one. At any rate, Flores offered a super competitive rate and was able to remove the tree and trim a ton more for a very good price. He and his team are A1 and I would hire them again and again.

Work Description: Tree Removal/Trimming

Comments: I decided to let Flores Tree Services cut down the tree instead of trimming the branches. I submitted the review before the job was completed. Had I waited, I would definitely NOT have rated them so highly, and would have noted the following:

2.) I was not informed that clearing away the mulch was not something Flores Tree Services did. I found out AFTER asking Luis about it. Mr. Flores did not offer a reference for clearing the mulch. He did tell me it would cost around $450-$500, judging by the size of the pile.

3.) No receipt for the $850 cash was offered. I had to write one out on a receipt book I happen to have and have Mr. Flores sign it. I prematurely requested business cards to pass out to my friends and neighbors. I will not do this because of the mess left for me to dispose of.

Comments: Luis runs a professional crew. They removed a clump of trees, stumps will be grinded today, and cleaned up another large oak, red tip bushes and I love how it looks.
I would 't hesitate to hire him again!
