Comments: ALERT!!!! BAD COMPANY!! DO NOT GET ANY BUSINESS FROM TIM @ BATH MASTER!!!!!!!!HE FAILS TO PAY HIS SUBCONTRATOR FOR THE WORK THAT ALREADY COMPLETED. HIS SUBCONTRACTOR'S TOLD ME ON THE JOB THAT THEY WERE NOT "PAID" FOR THE WORK COMPLETED. HE AVOIDS ALL PHONE CALLS AND HE BARGAINS THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT PRICE.

My experience working with “Tim L. @ Flooring & Bath Masters” included the following highlights: verbal to complete the master bathroom remodel in (2) weeks – but asked to give him (3), after paying ½ of project ($) estimate upfront, homeowner was asked to pay plumber and shower glass subcontractor - both directly; the electrician subcontractor was a no-show for several days, delaying project; different subcontractor was fired/quit twice in a matter of days; materials were procured late/last-minute – delaying the subcontractors work; when shower valve moved to the center of the shower, was told by Tim & plumber that a new valve would be installed, but original was retained; the bidet purchased was the display model – out of box, missing parts, no packaging; subcontractors brought in to finish the work (Chris H.) were very fast, work quality was poor, did not remove trash/debris from the home, held bidet “T” valve hostage – did not provide or complete the shower kit install – when Chris was contacted - for four days, per his words - he “could not be bothered to come back by the house for 30 mins of work”; no final cleanup, no final walk-thru conducted; when Tim was asked to produce picture and/or invoice for barn door supposedly ordered/purchased, Tim said it would take hours to locate - could not/would not produce it; – Tim asked for the remaining balance ($) to be paid before the project was completed. [Ask yourself: Does it make sense to pay the remaining ($) balance when the project was not yet complete?] Conclusion: the homeowner terminated the project with “Tim L. @ Flooring & Bath Masters” on the 28th day - of which there were (10) no-show subcontractor days, and (13) actual workdays.

Comments: It was a great experience. I love the new tile! They were fast, 2 days and cleaned up well. Tim was great about answering my texts and calls in a timely manner.
