Comments: Charles and company have engaged in several jobs for us. He and his team were always professional. He met us in person to understand our needs and laid out several options. The installation was timely, completed with excellence and the cost was competitive. Floor Coverings International East Louisville is now our first call for flooring. Give them a chance. You won’t be disappointed.

Comments: We used Charles and FCI to replace old carpet across 4 bedrooms and a hallway in our newly purchased home. They were great to work with! They were able to get the exact wool carpet my wife had found online for a great price and they got the carpet in and an installer set up quickly so that we could have the work done before we moved in. It was a tight window and turnaround time but Charles took care of it all. Installation was PERFECT. Using FCI was completely headache free, reasonably priced, great communication and most importantly, great product. Really glad we used them and we will certainly use them again!
