Comments: These dudes really tore it up, they went so damn fast it was like a nascar pit crew in my house but for an AC job lol. When it was done they left it even cleaner than it was before, and my AC was BLOWIN ICE. couldnt believe it. was a site to see , i sipped a drink n watched, it was like stallions running at the racetrack. Call these guys if u want it done right.

Comments: Remodeled a triplex needed an air con , contractor. They were my 3rd call addmittedly i did not like the first 2 at all. Fleetwell was simple and to the point, no bs, but also... fast, and was middle of the road cost wise. For me speed an being on point are worth the lack of pleasantry. I chose em, and will continue to for now on any LA are a jobs.

Comments: Pipe burst due to excess pressure from the foundation. I have an old house. They came out and gave me a bunch of options. I chose the most expensive one becasue although its an old house, i have a new foundation and load bearing elemnts. So in the end their most expensive option was actually cheaper than most companies quotes... this included them being there and expediting the job within 1 week, were talking full pipe install on a 3 bedroom sfh. Fast.

But to be fair it was all custom so they needed to wait for parts at times that caused delays, they kept patient with my timeline, and met the 30 days i had mapped out to do the job. I paid a little extra for "expedited" as i had a sale date on the home i had to meet. In short, ill use them again, theyre good under pressure.

Comments: Had big water leak... tub, and toiletry... some sort of double crack due to a fall in the bathroom by my husband... and it slow leaked till it was eroding the bathroom :(. Fleetwell made a bad situation good again, dont get me wrong it took a week to handle fully, but were talking about the floor rotting and two main pipes cracking ... they got it under control and the costs wasnt too terrible... it def wasnt cheap though, but its better than our foundation eroding too!

Overall they had a good attitude too, which makes a difference as its sometimes hot as hell where i live. Comments: My ac needed normal maintenance... it was under warranty but the manufacturer went out of business. I just looked Fleetwell up online and saw they were the best and had many locations so i felt initially comfortable. After they came, assessed and did the work, they told me it'd be up to 5 years before true maintenance was needed again and even gave me tips on how to maintain it better myself. Real stand up guys.

Comments: My a/c and heater went down, and i was not in state. i called them remotely, and they took care of it all over the phone with one of my property managers via facetime. This was truly easy, as i cannot be everywhere at once. It was a large job. I wasn't sure if i needed to fly in to help and oversee, but i didn't end up having to, they took care of it now i have a good full suite HVAC company to use for any of my homes in the LA area.

Comments: I needed reducting... the whole inside was ingested by rats. It was insane... i had no clue to the issue till i saw my AC bill... 1 grand for 1 month of A/C in a 2 bedroom home... wow. After Fleetwells job... ? 200 a month... back to normal... it was even lower than what i was used to as i was used to paying 350. saving me a lot overtime and did a gr8 job.

I've been taken for a ride before where they go through your stuff and make crap up... not in this case, he even googled the part in front of me. Honesty is everything.

Usually in LA a fireplace doesn't really come into play, but in this case my line was going right through it... most contractors would farm this out, but fleetwell's company was so big and robust that they had it all in house, this saved me money as i had a previous quote and it was 25% more expensive... would use them again.

Comments: The technician came out and took super good care of my family, i was not even in country off on business. My wife was very shook up from the small fire we had that crept into burning our heater/HVAC area in the home. They not only helped demo the small area, but replaced what needed replacing (full unit, and other small parts). Luckily it was contained. But im happy with Fleetwell leading the way in this effort, not just rebuilding my hvac in the home, but helping my wife sort of get past the incident, kindness goes a long way.

Comments: Entire AC was replaced, a few ducts needed repair, we are by the sea so we didnt have hot weather till lately, and it was discovered the A/C unit wasnt salvageable. We had priced some A/C units out they even gave us reccomendations on certain ones... overall just so satisfied they made it painless, even reasonable fees too. Better than my General Contractors guys.

Comments: My upstairs bathroom blew out... and it flooded down the steps and it was a complete mess, after we finally got the water off we called fleetwell, they came almost like an ambulance level of swiftness. It did take them 5 hours to fix a very lengthy in wall leak that was many layers into our drywall. But once it was done... we turned the water back on and the patch job they did looked really like nothing happened. I'm just glad i found them.
