Comments: I was charged for work that was not done. I asked for an estimate to remove a furnace vent pipe. The estimate was $350 I decided not to do it. I was invoiced for the work anyway
Mr Wise. The decision to NOT complete this work was decided on the day of. Unfortunately this information was not provided to our office in time and you were invoiced in full. Upon notification and confirmation with production, you were refunded the $350, as we fully acknowledge our error. Our sincerest apologies once again.
