Comments: Ray is very thorough by explaining what he is going to do and what the charge is going to be. He just doesnt look at one item but checks out the entire air heating system to make sure they are are working together. He keeps a record of what you have so if needed in the future he already the information. Overall very pleasant to work with and easy on the checkbook!!!

Comments: After being greatly disappointed by another company we called First Class. No phone tree. Spoke to the owner. Got a quick response and service on Saturday. The technician took time to explain the problem with my heater and provided how to keep the issue from reoccurring. No price gouging and did not attempt to up sale me in anything. Heater works as it should and I highly recommend use of this company.

Comments: Ray came to service my HVAC unit. He was thorough, friendly and was willing to explain what he thought the problem was by explaining the way the unit worked. He went through a mental checklist, of sorts, to rule out and narrow down the issues. He cleaned the filter and vacuumed the unit out. He came on a Sunday and got my heat back on within an hour. He also serviced and cleaned my son's heater in the backyard apartment on my property. His prices are competitive as compared to other service calls from other local companies. He was polite and professional as well. I was very pleased with the work he did. Highly recommended!!

Comments: I had three bids from local HVAC companies to install a dual-zone mini split ductless system (LG brand) for my old house: the first company was too busy with clients, the second one made some negative comments about poor people, and the third one was a small business called First Class Heating & Air. The first two bids were from well-known businesses but I wasn't too impressed with them and my job was probably just chump change to them anyway. Ray, the owner of First Class Heating & Air, on the other hand, was very professional, personable, and honest. He gave me a competitive price and was able to begin work immediately. He was meticulous with his work, he knew his stuff, and explained HVAC physics in layman's terms. Although he had lots of experience with other ductless systems by other brands, this was his first LG installation and I appreciated that he took the time to study the manual to make sure everything was installed correctly. He also rewired the quick disconnect which was wired incorrectly by my electrician. My house is now warm and cozy. I have found my HVAC guy. I highly recommend Ray's First Class Heating & Air.Stockton CA
