Work Description: Replacement of a number of railroad tie steps in an area build on rock ledge.
Comments: Felix was the ONLY landscaper who responded to my initial email to this networx, and he responded very quickly. He and his partner came when they said they would, did a great job, and left the area neater than it had been! I am more than satisfied, and happy to recommend him.
