Comments: The 3 stars are for the guys that did the work, the supervisory and managerial staff lost the other 2 stars for their abysmal attempts at trying to recover a disaster due to a complete lack of scheduling and communication with me to give honest updates on the arrival of the installers on the scheduled day, sending 2 cranes on the day the first when the installers had not even yet arrived on the site and the second crane was too small to even reach the wall let alone the back yard. Their promises of completing the work were not kept and finally with the arrival of a third and correct sized crane the second day the install was finally completed. Respect to Ricky, Fabio, Thomas and Mike the doers, poor performance from everyone else - apart from the crane driver the second day who placed the AC unit smack on the spot in the back yard.Las Vegas NV
