Comments: My very humble opinion and I feel believe the following:Face Of Wood Flooring Carlos Bigas. I would NEVERRRRR recommend. The worst I ever used. (L@@K AT PHOTOS/VIDEO) I love proving I believe their Narcissistic manipulative blame victim reply lies. have tons more proof for litigation, license complaints, Governors office, Attorney general office, FTC etc! He gave me a BAIT AND SWITCH deceptive business practices scheming to defraud like price $2985 and inflated price 152% to $4556.56 after they ripped up flooring. I have DOCS and PHOTOS. As far as their reply. Why they offered me $$2500 to remove the reviews first if they did nothing wrong? After agreeing they didn't honor refund. For me It's a matter of principle. I complained IMMEDIATELY about the poor installation and was told “ i'll be out of town and be back Wednesday ill call to fix this!”(L@@K AT PHOTOS) proof of their lies. he never honored his word like many things and his reply shows their dishonesty. The floor has deteriorated over time from poor installation, common sense for a poor installation but they try to manipulate it with their review. Medical issues delayed review and tried to be as detailed as possible. I feel like they took the $$ and ran taking advantage of a disabled person! I have construction experience doing floors, windows, siding, kitchens,bathrooms etc. Floor has uneven spots like a wave, CREAKING/CRAKING NOISES, excessively butchered chopped damaged moldings removing with a pry bar instead of a proper trim removing tool, caulked everywhere damages to cover up sloppy inferior work on moldings, treads, risers, stair nose etc. Stair treads cut by eye instead of the stair tread measuring tool and caulked along sides and risers to cover the gaps of imperfections now pulling apart. The floor makes creaking noises. They had to remove new flooring they installed and to put screws in plywood. Wasting new flooring that caused them to run out of long strips and the last areas they used small two foot pieces that looks terrible non uniformed since the wood comes various sizes and should be staggered. Caulked everything because they didn’t use the right tools. Promised a warranty and sneakily sent document twice without it blaming the office. I knew the specific floor and just spoke to suppliers that its in stock and I knew the price but he said they don’t have it as he wanted to sell me his inflated priced flooring. He aggressively said if I didn’t pay he was coming over. which he did. I offered a credit card he refused, unless I paid 5% additional and he demanded a check when he gets to my house buzzing the gate several times when I was offering to pay it over the phone. Uneven poor installation, damaged flooring planks, that I was left with tiny pieces in the closet, charged for carpet removal they left in front of house. He told me one brand of underlayment on estimate and switched to cheaper on install (bait and switch again like the price). installed a transition T molding without the metal track Instead they silicone the transition molding down onto the carpet. if I ever get carpet removed, it will damage the wood and carpet flooring. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a contractor. Maybe subcontractor daylaborers spoke no English. I had to use translator app. Said would return to fix things never did. The floor makes cracking noises walking on it probably from not properly glued tongue and groves, cheap underlayment, poor installation, etc. It has high spots like bubbled up probably improper expansion areas against the walls besides not glued properly, etc. The stair-nose and door transition moldings make cracking noises which was siliconed though it came with a metal track to be screwed down. Stair treads cut by eye instead of the stair tread measuring tool and caulked along sides and risers to cover the gaps of imperfections. the door frame moldings were poorly cut at the floor. Its like walking on egg shells and the list goes on. Ruined my furniture didn't cover. They used FUEL to remove glue ruining finish.
