Description: Extreme Exteriors was started for one purpose: To deliver a customer experience that goes above and beyond the most critical of standards. We are here to serve the customer no matter what, every time with no exceptions. We do this by employing only the most passionate, excited and enthusiastic people. The owners of the company come from the construction and sales industry. Dominic Moceri started sweeping floors and picking bricks up from job sites at the age of 3. Right then and there, Dominic realized that he wanted to be in the construction industry. He eventually graduated from sweeping floors and picking up bricks from job sites to go on and tackle bigger projects like learning a new trade every summer while home from school and eventually starting Extreme Exteriors with Jacob Filipiak. Dominic comes from a long line of builders. His grandfather started one of the largest residential building companies back in the 1950s in Michigan and is still operable today. While being raised around this leadership, Dominic was taught that to make it in the trades, you must possess amazing relationship skills. He seen from a young age that building long lasting relationships are imperative for longevity in this business. He was always told that you put customers needs ahead of your own and you will always succeed. It was constantly drilled in his head that you work hard, you build relationships and you put the customer first by creating an amazing customer experience from start to finish. Jacob Filipiak came from the sales background. He was a door to door salesman for nearly 10 years. He was raised to always be of maximum service to the people around him and to operate with integrity. When you take care of the customer, the customer will take care of you. Jacob seen huge potential in the Home Improvement industry as he had multiple negative experiences with contractors. His main concern was the lack of communication he encountered from contractors when looking for projects to get done around the house. He knew that at the end of the day, the customer just wants to be taken care of. He also knew that you must stay in communication with the customer and that it goes far in this business. Jacob's passion for sales combined with delivering a world class customer experience from start to finish will speak for itself and deliver a customer experience that you must be part of. We at Extreme Exteriors are constantly looking for ways to be better at what we do. We value the customer's feedback and implement it in our day to day operations. Our best source's for growth come from our biggest critic's. Together, Jacob and Dominic have brought together their vision and started Extreme Exteriors. With companies becoming more commercialized in today's day and age, it seems as though they forget about the customer experience.
