Work Description: Regrout and marble repair
Comments: Both Steve and Tim came here to review the job. We agreed on a price and I hired them. After several days of procrastination Tim came over to my home and requested 1/3 of the total job upfront and promised to return that afternoon. He did not but did cash my check. The following five days was one excuse after another why they had not started the job. I requested my deposit back. Almost at three weeks and have not received it back. Comments: Very responsive and fast. They had a rough estimate for the labor the day after I called them, and were doing the repairs (fixing loose and buckling tiles in a living room) a few days later (they needed to order some supplies). The work was done quickly and well. We waited an additional day to let one of the adhesives dry as a precaution, and I appreciate that attention to a good job. They were on time and on estimate (and charged what they had to pay for materials).If I need more work, I will call them.
If someone asks, I will refer them.
