Comments: No. Stars Performance Review1 5 Excellent Salesmanship- Oleg's professionalism, confidence in his product, and warm smile made a great first impression. He shared his background knowledge and experience in roofing, along with examples of his work and Evergold reviews. He assessed the roof and the front area where we planned the new cement work before providing us with a quote. Before leaving, Oleg directly asked for our business, which stood out compared to the other estimates I received. Though impressed by his presentation, I did my own research on Evergold. While most websites displayed five-star ratings, I found one mentioning a lack of communication. I also checked the Better Business Bureau, where they had a strong A rating. Feeling comfortable with Evergold's overall reputation, I decided to move forward with them for both the roofing and cement work.

4 3 Good Job Cement- When I initially inspected the finished job, I was thrilled and ready to award five stars until I noticed an unfinished patch at the end of the driveway. Despite this, I remained calm, as I trusted Evergold to address the issue promptly. The workers assured me they would return on Friday to remove the boards, but unfortunately, they did not show up or provide any notification.
After sending pictures to Oleg, someone was sent out to assess the problem. Upon their return, the workers acknowledged their mistake and commenced the repairs. While I appreciate their efforts in fixing the error, the result lacked the meticulousness I expected. In my opinion, if Evergold admits their mistake, it should be rectified by redoing the entire affected area to match the quality of the rest of the project and if this cannot be done offer a slight discount to acknowledge their error and the existing visibility of their mistake they left behind.
5 1 Poor Communication- Before starting the cement work, we discussed the peculiar structure at the bottom of the driveway, and I was assured it would not be an issue. Consequently, I felt confident in their ability to complete the job satisfactorily. However, upon reviewing the finished work, I found an unpaved patch that left me with unanswered questions. The workers should have provided an explanation before leaving for the day, unless their intent was to leave it incomplete. I was left wondering whether the complexity of my driveway was greater than anticipated. Clear and immediate communication is essential in addressing any mistakes or issues during a project, and customers should be kept informed of any changes or delays, such as the situation where Evergold failed to show up as promised on Friday.

Good Job After obtaining four roofing estimates, I opted for Evergold due to my positive interaction with Oleg. His professionalism, charisma, and confidence in the product won me over. It was our first major home repair, and we were delighted with the completed roof, solidifying our decision to engage Evergold for future projects like a sunroom, bathroom remodel, and backyard cementing. However, lack of communication and my experience with the cement repair has left me slightly hesitant about entrusting them with future jobs. While I wish I could give a 5-star review, based on the overall experience, they earn a 4-star rating. In the end, I made the mistake to trust Evergold 100% with the cement job; however, they did improved the overall appearance of our home!
