Work Description: Concrete Driveways/Floors - Install

Comments: We have paid $7000 for what was quoted as a four-day project - we were pushed to pay almost in full upfront due to the “speed” this was going to be done/supplies. It has been 52 days since the start of our project on 9/9, and no person has been present on our property since 9/20, 42 days. Joe stayed in contact and was nice upfront, there have been endless empty promises of showing up without follow-through and every excuse you can think of for not coming to finish. Expansion joints have not been cut, uneven concrete has not been ground down, the property has been left uncleaned after power washing was promised, structures and downspouts are still disassembled, 300lbs of ruined deck mix is waiting to be disposed of, and no spray deck has been applied.

We gave them the option of no negative reviews or legal actions if we saw a body present last week or a partial refund and now we are being ignored.

Either this is a scam or a very poorly managed business. Happy to change my review if we see work being done or a partial refund.

Comments: Did not complete the work. I liked and trusted Joe and paid for some things in advance. Big mistake. He didn't show up for over month and then ignored my requests for a refund. Fraud, plan and simple.
