Comments: The contractor did a good job replacing my broken door. A piece of dry wall got damaged in the process - the contractor was able to repair that, but could not paint over it because it had to dry. He promised to return to paint over the dry wall. We asked him to provide estimates for other small projects around our home. I am providing an average rating for 2 reasons: 1. He was late for the appointment time by 2 hours. 2. I have been trying to contact him to schedule a follow up appointment to paint the dry wall and to get estimates about our other small projects. It has been about 2 weeks since the replacement and I only got a hold of him on the phone once - his response was that he would get back to me the next day, but that has come and gone. I have called/texted since then and have not gotten any response.Vienna VA

Both were accomplished within 24 hours of speaking to him by phone.He arrived within time frame complete with face mask and shoe cover. Carlos gave me the best price than 3 others.

Comments: I'm a teacher, so leaving school at 3 means I'm leaving early. Every minute counts. After scheduling and leaving work to be home on time, he did not show. When I called him an hour and a half later, he was stuck in traffic so we rescheduled for the following day at the same time. Around here, traffic sucks. The following day, he did not show...I called him and went straight to voicemail. He did not call back, so I decided to text him to not show up. Horrible!-
