Comments: Proprietor does not listen and do what customer asks. He says yes yes I understand, and does not do what he was asked to do. Then says he will fix it and does it again. He has been on the job for a week and we are exactly where we were before he started. He also has a condescending demeanor.

I was asked to wire the money witch takes 3-5 business days in my bank and he texted and called me every day harassing me about the payment
Very unprofessional
Professionalism is to find the prolem and give the perfect solution, which was we had done over your roof. we deserved to get payment after finish the job and we never harassing to our clients for payment.
