Comments: Back in April, took over $5,000 down for starting the work process at our home. JR said that they would acquire the city permit for the work. The city of Anna has now told us that no permits were filed for any of the work. We have been taken; lesson learned. DO NOT do any business with them!!Round Rock TX

Comments: We had down-home renovators, come out and give us an estimate, along with one other big-name company, and all opinion there is no contest, and which company to go with down-home explained every detail of the process she was made me and my husband feel like we knew how the foundation repair project was going to go and it went exactly like JR said it would Call for 16 exterior piers. They ended up putting 19 exterior piers in and they did not charge us one extra dime. So yes, we would definitely recommend down-home renovators.Austin TX

JR with down home was by far the most knowledgeable they kept us on top of everything they were doing. They set up a group chat with us every day they enter pictures and let us know what was happening.
