Comments: Ta and his crew are top notch. After our old heating system in our 1933 Tudor failed, it was time to do two completely new, full system installs upstairs and down. This included both AC and gas furnace, thermostats, duct rework, running gas lines, running venting, and electrical. This crew killed it! I am in project management for a living, so I bid this work out to 7 shortlisted and recommended HVAC companies in Atlanta. I was SO impressed with the price (lowest of all), the quality of the equipment, overall professionalism and exceptional communication from Ta and his crew. We did run into one issue with a motor that was defective from the factory but the crew communicated the issue clearly, overnight shipped the part (not available locally) and took the delay personally, apologizing profusely. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Save yourself the time I already spent doing the apples to apples bidding and interviews of 7 companies and just go with Elite Comfort.
