Work Description: Furnace and thermostat went out
Comments: I woke up to a freezing cold house. I didn't know what to do or who would be available as it was a cold weekend with a snow forecast. I called Elite Comfort Pro and Ruben came out immediately! He didn't have the part I needed on him so he left to go get it and set me up with portable heaters so I could stay warm. He sent his part guy Dan back with the part in less than an hour! Upon replacing the broken ignitor, he noticed my circuit board was burnt out and replaced it. Ruben came back and replaced my thermostat. Professional and courteous! I would recommend Elite Comfort Pro 1000 times over.Denver CO
