Work Description: did quick inspection of house exterior to look for evidence of mice. Discussed removal of woodchucks in early spring.
Comments: the inspection lasted 15 minutes and I was charged $125 (including the environmental fee and the state tax, i ended up paying $140). I think this is outrageous! However, if I bring them back in the early spring to remvoe woodchucks, they will deduct the $125 from the setup costs for trapping the woodchucks (the setup for the woodchucks is $250 and an additional $75 for each woodchuck caught). I wish they had told me what the inspection was going to cost before they came to my house !!! I think these exterminating companies are charging too much money for doing something I can do myself.Burlington CT

I had called Orkin who would have charged double and gave me a window time of 1-5. EliminateEm said 1:00 and would call if he could be early and actually did. He came at 12:00! Very professional. Would absolutely recommend this service and the company. BTW-the other company also contacted me within 10 minutes. I have never dealt with a service where people call so quickly.
