For the kitchen, the deal included paint, flooring, a central island, countertops, and some appliances. Similarly, the bathrooms needed paint, flooring, shower/tub installations, and light fixtures.

Work commenced shortly after signing the agreements and making the initial payment. While materials were being ordered, the workers began demolishing and preparing the rooms.

Comments: We have hired and worked with ECO Star Remodeling on two projects at the same time. The first project was at our main house where we had them design and install new kitchen, new appliances, new coat of paint etc… and at the other house we had them remodel all the bathrooms. One of our friends is an interior designer by profession, and she joined us and helped with the design of our new stunning kitchen, brand new cabinets, new hardware, paint, countertops, and more. In the master bedroom and bathroom, we removed the existing tub and installed a new hot tub, including the replacement of all the existing floors and walls, in addition to replacing all the light fixtures and the vanity mirrors. Comments: During the last 2 years we hired ECO Star Remodeling for 2 remodeling projects and Foster was our project manager in all of them. Our last remodeling project was the master bathroom. We had our own design for it, which made Foster’s work a bit easier because he knew what we wanted and expecting. During the work, we made few changes that required more work but Foster didn’t change the original bid of the project and he finished the complete bathroom within the time frame that we agree on. The bathroom project turned out wonderful and we were impressed with all the involved people – they were just the perfect mixture of friendly professionals. We will not pretend that everything went perfectly… but there were a few delays that could have been avoided BUT Foster insisted to add more time as long as it will be prefect but looking at the overall work and results -- Foster definitely earned our review and recommendations!

They demolished completely the old master bathroom including the bedroom closet, relocated the toilet, created a larger and more functional closet and then rebuilt it with new heated floors, custom shelves, double vanity with storage tower and medicine cabinet, custom large mirror enclosure, marble countertop, new good size shower with several types of tile, exhaust fan and beautiful lights. At the kitchen part, they removed most of the old things and redid all of them brand new with new locations of some cabinets, lights, appliances and larger island. The quality of everything is very good while they kept making great suggestions during the remodeling work and they really were able to deliver more than what they promised they will do. The work that they did at my house included the complete remodeling of my kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen remodeling included the replacement of all the old floor, old cabinets, installation of new backsplash, new countertop, electrical work, create new venting for a range hood fan and new fresh coat of paint.
