Comments: I am 100% agreed with Rex review here. Sloppy job and very unprofessional crew. Full of excuses. $3600 in trash. They can’t even cut 3 feet long straight lines all messed up. Too many uneven spots some spots are high and some are low. Messed up my neighbors yard and totally ignored the situation. Collect the check on his name instead his company name. Be aware and run away from him. Not even worth a penny. I wish there’s a a 0 star option.Run run run away from John dugger.

Comments: What a bunch of scam artist. They may be good at sidewalks and small jobs, but I hired them to pour a 24x 30 slab for a garage. The slab ended up not square, unlevel, incorrect thickness, footers inaccurate, and to beat it all, they charged me for 4,000 psi concrete (which I requested) and poured 3,000 psi. When contacted, John Dugger, the owner, continued to make excuses and never accepted responsibility and never came to look at the poor work by his day workers he hired. Yes, they have very few employees and hire anyone to come work for the for cash. I have had to work on getting repairs done and at this point, may have to have the entire slab removed and repoured. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, OPERATING ALSO AS DUGGER CONCRETE!!Ormond Beach FL

Comments: I’ve been in the process of a large addition and backyard renovation of my house for several months now. I’ve needed to work with many contractors of different trades, Homeowner Concrete was by far the best experience I’ve had yet!!! I can’t say enough. Dave was awesome, he came out, listened well, sent my bid within a day, checked on the job after to make sure I was satisfied and was incredibly friendly!! The owner John was very professional, friendly, on spot with his workers, scheduling, etc. the guys that came out to do the work we’re OUTSTANDING. They arrived promptly everyday, got right to work, made sure I was completely satisfied with each and every form and did a wonderfull job!!I would use them again in the future and highly recommended Homeonwers Concrete to everyone!!
