Work Description: Repair A/C
Comments: When my A/C failed to cool properly I called Dudley Heating and Air and two workers were dispatched to my house expeditiously. Upon arrival they immediately noticed my upstairs unit had clogged drain lines causing water to overflow onto the ceiling. According to them the lines were cleared and the problem was resolved.. They also serviced my unit with two pounds of Freon ($190.00) and departed, costing me $400.00 for the visit. Three days later I realized the temp had not improved and the water leaked from the unit back onto my ceiling causing damage . I called Dudley and was told my unit probably was leaking Freon and needed to be replaced. I hired an individual from another company who cleaned the lines, installed devices to prevent the water from pooling and according to him there was no Freon leak. This was an expense and bad experience and I do not recommend consumers use this company.Rocky Mount NC
