Comments: I gave them money in mid early February l. Seemed promising and communicative until they received the money then after that they just go mia and ignore calls . They will try and say its another partner contractor of they’res that took your money and they arent liable but they just screw you over and your time

Comments: Repair incomplete, roof still leaking. Steven Harper ( DTR Company) failed to return to site to repair roof after it was reported that initial repair failed to stop leak. He failed to return my calls after several attempts. He had not set up his voicemail, making it impossible to leave any messages. It has been over a week without any effort on his part to return my calls or to come by to complete repair. These non actions on his part demonstrates he has no intention to return and fix leak. My assessment is he is a very dishonest and devious repair contractor. I would not recommend his services to anyone. Be aware of this dishonest contractor.
I did return his call he doesn't want to hear where it's leaking from you want to tell me where it is leaking from his roof is got holes in it everywhere somebody been up there with roof jacks put the holes I did what I said I was going to do and was still leaking he needed a lot more work done he didn't want to hear you was trying to tell me to fix it cuz he already paid me now he's saying I'm devious do not work for this guy this guy is not a good guy to work for he is dishonest
