Comments: 1t is with pleasure that we recommend "Doors Done Right" from Littleton CO.We experienced a real emergency early this AM, in that our garage door was totally inoperative.
"Doors Done Right" responded within (2) hours and corrected our problem quickly, efficiently, reasonably priced and with total customer care and consideration. Their serviceman did an excellent job in putting us back in operation. He is a fine gentleman, hard worker and knows his trade well.
In addition one of the garage door parts replaced - springs - was covered by warranty of which we had no knowledge until "Doors Done Right" brought it to our attention resulting in a No Charge for that particular item.
Good People, good work and definitely "Doors Done Right".
We will most certainly have them back when, and if, needed

Comments: I just wanted ti send you this message to let you know how pleased I was with your repair on my garage door. Just like other consumers I called around to get some pricing for a broken torsion spring repair. I was told by one Garage Door Contractor that he would not be able to quote me a price over the phone "Too Many different types of springs" and there was no way he could quote it. Hmm, you do this job everyday adn we're talking a basic track home with a two car garage door. I guess he didn't want my business. I called Doors Done Right and a price was quoted to me over the phone and you stuck to that price, no surprises. You were able to juggle your busy schedule and arrive at my house within thirty minutes after I called you. I appreciate the great service response your company provided. Also, while performing my repair you noticed the garage door opener, "J" bracket was mounted incorrectly which could cause damage to my garage door. You took the extra time to repair it with no extra charges. Your company Doors Done Right provided me with the best price and outstanding workmanship.
