A 24/7 Website - Owners have live access to all financial statements, reports & contracts. Tenants can pay rent & order services utilizing ACH transfer. Featuring a fully functional maintenance ticket system that gives instant feedback to tenants on procedures reducing damage to buildings & limiting liability.
Paperless Contracts & Statements - An Apple iPad that contains digital, versions of all our contracts, accepting digital signatures that once signed are uploaded to an individuals profile, all available online 24/7.
"The Revenue Analysis" - A mathematical approach to a buildings space looking at unutilized space or current infrastructure comparing up front renovation costs with long-term gains. Bathroom and kitchen remodels, solar panels, laundry room installation, vending machines, game rooms & other property enhancements.
In House Maintenance - Most property management firms subcontract out all the maintenance, which takes away personalization & accountability. We keep costs low for property owners through maintaining a general B contractor license & completing maintenance at a standard hourly rate versus marked up flat rate bids.
