I have painted two Condos for this gentleman the second one we removed wallpaper around the condo in both bathrooms and around the perimeter of the ceiling in the entire place then we had to do a return in order to repair ceiling for mold damage we have done several jobs for this gentleman and his wife very pleased to work with them
