They were very flexible with scheduling when I had to make an unexpected change in the date and they always kept me informed on who would be working in my home and when to expect them to arrive. When the job was completed, Steven called to make sure I was completely satisfied. We were impressed with how responsive and easy it was to work with Best Painting. Based on how well the first job went, we had them do more work for us the following week that we had been putting off. Comments: If I did not stand over the painters and have them correct everything that was wrong this job would have been more of a disaster. They are not clean painters, my floors are covered in paint , my living room wooden floors were deeply scratched and my newly painted basement floor looks like a mosaic floor from the drippings of paint from my stairs. And the stairs were half done. The job was a sloppy job. Paint every where on floors smudge marks , uneven borders.Right now I'm not a happy camper.
Sheet rock wall seams not covered and plaster before painting.
I'm not sure if these people painting are really professional painters or they just paint?
Have not spoken to Steve who owns the company yet, but I am hoping that every thing get corrected, especially my floors. Will update when I'm hoping things are corrected.
