Work Description: Absolutely horrible
Comments: This man, Howard, is a horrible business man and contractor. He subsets the work and does not ensure that the work being done is correct and does not adhere to his customers requests. They took money from a 75 year old woman without a signed contract. Destroyed her bathroom and toilet, the toilet was not part of the renovation. They left the bathroom undone for 7 days and then left the job altogether with the work being undone. When I tried to reach out the Howard refused to call back or respond to what is going on.
