Work Description: Yard maintenance
Comments: The company promised to do yard maintenance, however it did not perform the service nor returned any messages. This was supposed to have been a repeat of a service provided the year before. This forced me to look for other providers in a rush, before inclement weather arrived.The prior year the service was performed but the payment was for 2 visits, yet they only showed up once (despite claiming otherwise) according to the house's security cameras data.
If they at least had a courtesy response to advice that they could not fulfill the promised services, I would've been ok with it, but my multiple status checks inquiries were ignored.
