Comments: DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK. Dean came out to give us an estimate for a pour. We ended up agreeing and then read up on more reviews about him after. What we saw was very concerning and we decided to cancel and requested a refund only a few hours later. Dean refused to refund us and said the contract states there are no refunds. Fortunately, we took a photo of the contract and nowhere on it does it say that. We sent Dean the photo of the contract and he changed his response to “let me just keep $650” and refused to refund us the full amount. We are now filing a dispute with our bank and warning others about this criminal. Avoid at all costs.Sumner WA

Work Description: Stamped patio and trim around yard
Comments: We hired Dean on Nov 2, 2020. All reviews we saw at the time online where wonderful. We were told when we signed the contract with him it would be a "3-4 day" project depending on availability of concrete otherwise we would have not hired him. The next day Dean came out and demolished our existing patio and then left everything there for 1-2 weeks. It wasn't tell Dec 3 that they came out to pour. (Throughout Nov we were seeing Facebook live streams by the company onof other projects they were working on, pouring concrete that "wasn't available"). At that time he was paid in full with the expectation that he would be out in that same week to clean up all of the excess pour, we were wrong. Excuses started happening. When we walked the yard we found nails and debris everywhere. Excess concrete poured in holes and the "flush out" poured under our fence into a neighbor's property!
Weather in washington is hard at that time of year to seal the concrete which Dean did not tell us upfront. Besides that he kept delaying to come out and even clean up the mess they left including all the run off from the framing when they poured in December. Today, it has been 4+ months since the original contract was signed. 3 months since he was paid in full and he finally sent people out to finish clean up and seal the project.
This project has cost us more money then we ever imagined. We are extremely disappointed in the service we received. The patio looks nice but the mess left and the cracks already in the trim is beyond disappointing. After we hired him we started seeing negative reviews online. Hoping our experience may save someone else from the trouble.

Comments: Dean did work for us in June did a terrible job did not cover the side of the house had hardened cement on the side and back of house spent week trying to grt it off, then we have water pooling at the side of the garage have e-mailed him twice never heard back from him many other issues, SHAME ON HIM for not even trying to the care of the screw up I would never give his mane out to anyone for work, I had a man from the next street over stop and wanted to know who did the work I gave him the name of the first bid I got he did lovely work I beleivejob it was a five truck concrete jobMilton WA

Comments: Makes me re-think hiring a contractor again.1) negotiate a price, and tools to be used for project and everything that was agreed upon didn't happen.
2) used my tools to do their job
I. E. My wheel borrow, my shovel, my lumber to skreet the concrete. My pressure washer.... (An absolute joke)
3) washed their tools off in my lawn (concrete) and left their lunch trash on the side of my house.
In short will never hire again!
