Work Description: Redoing entire Roof
Comments: Terrible Experience with De-Moda Restoration & Remodeling Inc.I hired De-Moda Restoration & Remodeling Inc. to complete a full roof replacement. The initial estimate outlined a comprehensive plan for the project, including the installation of shingles, replacing decking, and removing existing shingles. I made two large payments, which should have covered a significant portion of the work.
Unfortunately, after paying, only about 25% of the work was completed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via phone, email, and text, they have been unresponsive. The contractor promised that materials would be delivered and work would resume on a specific date, but no one showed up. After receiving the second payment, the company sent a revised invoice that altered the scope of the project and removed key work items without any consent from me.
This entire process has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of communication, failure to honor the original contract, and failure to complete the work make me regret ever hiring De-Moda Restoration & Remodeling Inc. I highly recommend staying far away from this company for any roofing or construction work.
