Work Description: Installed a 5ton unit
Comments: Spent 11000 dollars on a new unit with Orlando. Had 4 separate issues with unit in a year and a half. Orlando was unresponsive and refused to back up his work on 3 of 4. Had to threaten him with legal action to get him to come out on the 4th. He came out, did fix a leak (that is covered under warranty) but then wanted to charge 1125 for refrigerant. We agreed I would pay his cost for the refrigerant before job and he went back on his word. Sucked the refrigerant out and once again left me without a working unit. He simply does not stand behind his work. Buyer beware.Keller TX
