Comments: I am also another victim of this crook Company!! And I also think they belong in jail. We signed a contract and paid $24,000 in a down payment for a garage in April of 2019. They set up foundation forms 3 months after the permit was approved; failed that inspection twice, came out and removed the forms and closed the license as of today. Meanwhile claiming that the phone number wasn’t working for the previous 4 days. I’ve filed complaints everywhere I can think of to file them. I hope no one else is a victim of this company or Scott Kenyon or Stacy Gonzalez. This has been almost a year nothing but a very costly and stressful nightmare!Longbranch WA

Comments: I am yet another victim of this crook!! He belongs in jail. We signed a contract and paid $67,000 in a down payment for a garage and addition to our home. He dug several holes, removed a carport and left our house open to the elements. Won’t communicate and has left us with a damaged home and no savings. I’ve filed complaints everywhere I can think of to file them. I hope no one else is a victim of this company orScott Kenyon.

Comments: JDK, aka Scott Kenyon, Stacy Gonzales will take your money, do some work but not complete the job, and you'll never hear from them again.In April 2019 I gave them 50% down to build a garage. Twice they have committed to completion dates, both have long passed. Currently I have studwalls, but no trusses which they promised by 21 Nov. There has been no work done since 11 Nov, and they have not responded to phone messages, texts, or email since 20 Nov.
DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY TELLS YOU.

Comments: Scott Kenyon has misrepresented my personal character in his review response. I was NEVER sued by Chamber's Bay Construction. This is ANOTHER Scott Kenyon untruthful statement. Unfortunate circumstances but I had to follow my insurance company's request to find a new contractor. Scott does not properly represent what he is stating in his review response.Fact: Customers of Scott Kenyon and JDK Home Services LLC have reported him to the Attorney General's Office and lots of negative reviews exist online this year.
He has informed his customers as of approximately 6 to 8 weeks ago that he has sold his company to a private party approx. two months ago. He has left me and numerous other customers with unfinished projects. All of my "unfinished" work is promised in a contract by Scott but has not been honored.
Over $180,000 .was collected by Scott in downpayment & draws. There is no phase of this project in which all of the work was completed. Also, my home has been seriously damaged by JDK Home Services LLC employees.
For example, Scott Kenyon promised new flooring if he could not repair my tile flooring in main entry (both inside and outside), plumbing in hall bath that was blocked by a construction placed "stopper' that Scott says was placed there to prevent debris from getting down into my plumbing and clogging same. He promised to have that repaired by replacing the clogged pipe.
Broke a picture window and promised replacement...telling me several times during the past year that the window was on order. Once he even said it was sitting at the glass company. All was untrue.
Scott "faked" a phase of construction completion to both my lender and my insurance company by creating "fake" photos". He did this to get a "draw" in advance of completing work.
Contract stated that the final 30% of contract funds would be paid upon completion in a final payment. Yes...I have $20,000 of funds in my bank account but that is a mere 10% of contract total because of Scott's constant clever ways of getting money ahead of work completion, uncompleted work or substandard materials, or not paying subcontractors necessitating me paying those subcontractors so I dont get a lien for said work payment.
There is over $75000. of work incomplete, done wrong, or never done at all. All this work is stated clearly in my contract to be provided by JDK Home Services, LLC. My gas furnace was supposed to be replaced sith a like furnace but was replaced by an electric furnace by JDK Home Services LLC. Scott stated that the electric furnace cost him twice as much as a gas furnace. I was shocked that he made that ridiculous statement. Hope Scott doesn't believe that statement! How foolish!!
My project was promised a completion of 9 months and had two short delays totalling no more than 60 days of delays. Two years later my home has not been completed and contractor is out of business for nearly two months.
Scott Kenyon and JDK Home
Scott is trying to deflect the appropriate attention here. He does not return many customers phone calls and definitely does not fulfill contracts. As one client by the name of Bill said in a review earlier this year..."Once Scott Kenyon gets your final payment, he doesn't come back to finish the work."

Comments: Do NOT give a deposit and sign a contract with this company without checking with others such as myself and clients who I know or have met.Scott Kenyon...He does not do quality workmanship nor does he warranty work done. He uses incompetent workers and does not oversee the projects properly. Falls WAAAY behind scheduele. We are talking it takes him at least double the time or more. He does deceptive things to get money before he completes work and then does not show up to finish once he has taken this money and owes work.
Has done this to several people I know ...besides myself. Be aware. I can refer you to other JDK Home Services & Scott Kenyon damaged consumers .
