Description: Daniel A. Parise Building Contractor is a full service construction, renovation and repair provider in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Trained as a carpenter, I have over 30 years of experience in the industry and have been the sole proprietor of my own business since 1990. We specialize in attention to detail and are interested in helping you complete your residential or commercial improvement project.
The services we provide include, but are not limited to, single or multiple room additions or remodels including kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. These renovations can be as extensive as completely changing the layout of a designated area or as minor as replacing or adding trim. Exterior renovations can include door, window, or siding replacements, porches, decks, or upgrades to finishes for reduced maintenance. In addition to building and remolding, Daniel A. Parise Building Contractor also provides repair service for almost all carpentry related repairs such as weather/water damage, adjustment, or replacement of worn or misaligned components or accessories.
Daniel A. Parise Building Contractor is a small company, usually undertaking one project at a time. This allows me to provide personalized attention to your project's progress, including those aspects that are not handled with our own workforce, (eg. electrical, mechanical, masonry). These services are provided for through subcontractors, some of which I have worked with for over 20 years. We are also willing to work with your design or trade professional to handle these aspects if you prefer.
