Comments: Stanley came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon and let me know our door needed to be replaced. He was very honest and told us we could do a patch job but it wouldn’t last long. We knew the garage door was broken by a previous owner and we’re holding out as long as we could in replacing it.Stanley was friendly, honest,
punctual and easy to work with.
We called him back a few days later to set up a time for him to come and replace it. He was there one day later due to snow and his supplier was closed. He came out at 5 pm when most companies are closing down for the evening he took the time with his partner to put our new garage door in and reconnect one of the remotes.
He and his partner were super kind and worked efficiently to get the job done in a few hours. We are so pleased to have a new working garage door!! Thank you so much for your excellent work and dedication!

Comments: Stan provided immediate solution by greasing efficiently the old screw drive that produced unbearable noise. More over when asked for a more permanent solution he presented two options to replace the old opener. After clear comparative advantages, we agreed on the Lift Master that he installed the next day. It is so silent that we can barely hear it now. Even our neighbors must be grateful now!

I chose D and S. Why? Much lower price and relayed that he could do the job the same day (Sunday) for no additional charge. Stan (D and S) arrived, we went to the garage, he got his tools and within a period of about 20-30 minutes had the torsion spring removed and replaced. He cleaned up afterwards and left. I also had a chance to chat with him while he worked and this gentleman is a top notch respectful professional. Great vetting on your part!!!
