Comments: PatchEd and painted rotten wood instead of replacing it like he said he would. Cut livingroom wall pet door wrong. Used metal with holes in it for shed roof. The list goes on. DO NOT HIRE. You might also investigate his arrest record at Lexington Court House like I did.Randleman NC

Work Description: needed some plumbing done and floors repaired very small space where the water heater is located.
Comments: They asked for half the money upfront to get materials and were to come the very next day and start working. But they didn't come at all the first day because they claimed to be getting the materials together for the project, but promised to be there at 8:30 am but didn't show till 12:30 that afternoon and continued to promise to be here at 8:30 but always showing up between 12 and 6 pm if they showed up at all. He continued to have excuses as to why it was taking so long and we still didnt have running water. The 9th day he didnt show up I call and texted him but he didnt answer me till around 12pm to tell me why he had to leave early the day before and was late for that day, but promised to be here around 2 but never showed. I continued to call but no answer till almost 5 when he told me to give him an hour and he would be there and not to worry, but he never showed up. He never completed the job and actually made thing much worst and I havent heard from him in four days which actually makes 13 days, but his trailer is still here and he has been told to come and get. Now I have to hire someone else to fix my initial problems plus the ones he has now created. Oh and my kitchen sink worked before he got here now it does for some reason he unhooked the hoses under the house to connect the washing machine in its place but I cant use either because now my washing machine leaks (runs like a faucet onto the floor that they so called repaired. DO NOT HIRE JAKE JUSTICE OF CUTTING EDGE BUILDERS IN LEXINGTON, NC! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU AND LEAVE YOU IN A MESS!Mooresville NC
