Frank, This comment is completely false. We have more than accommodated what you have asked for. Contract initially had no materials and then you asked for us to cover it and you would reimburse us. Which we did. contract had payments scheduled and when second payment was due you told us you didn’t have the money. How do you hire a company to perform a job and not have the funds to pay them? You violated our contract when you failed to pay a schedule you agreed to and yet we continued to move forward on your project. Now as we near the end we have requested final payment with fear that you will not have the funds to meet your agreement and leave us seeking legal action against you. I’d be more than happy to discuss this further if you want to answer our calls or return them.
