Work Description: Lawn mowing
Comments: April 4, 2024, Walter Westberry IV, dba Crusade Construction was paid $400.00 to mow our yard for the summer. He mowed three times, than ghosted us. We asked for a refund of the remaining funds. He replied, and said "sue me". We did as he requested.On July 11, 2024, a default judgement was entered in Marion County Court against Walter Westberry IV, dba Crusade Construction in the amount of $310.00 plus court costs ($95.00 and $42.00 service fees) and interest in the amount of 6.97% per annum from June 11, 2024 (approximately $3.16 per day).
As of July 11, Mr. Westberry owes Roseann Davis and R. P. Kunzman $536.80. The amount increases daily.
