Our painter Manny was amazing not only was he prompt, he took great care to put down drop clothes in my house to avoid any mess. There was alot to do in both rooms, he scraped, patched, sanded and painted. Manny was a one man machine, he took the time to clean up thoroughly and that was appreciated. Comments: Thank you so much for the complete transformation of my bedroom. Manny blew new life into this room in just three days. The room is 14 x 15 and was covered with sticker residue from the teenager who previously resided in that room. They were those plastic stickers of glow in the dark stars and celestrial beings and outer space. When's the plastic shapes came off they left a little padded two sided sticker that had no intention of ever coming off. Manny knocked it out of the park. There is no sign of stickers ever being anywhere especially on the ceiling. Yes, they were everywhere. LOLI would absolutely recommend them to my family and my friends and to anybody else whether I like them or not! They do a fabulous consultation and job. Thank you Tracy and thank you Manny! Comments: This is not a comment, but a testimonial of the excellent work. My condo had never been painted since I moved in 12 yes ago. There was so much that had to be repaired including water stains, settling cracks.It took two days for Mannie to repair.
It improved 100% just after they prepped the wall. Mannie is the man. Friendly, but was focused on the job at hand. He was always on time. Takes pride in his work .
No micro management required. I trusted him to have a key to come and go as need be.
He cleaned up after each portion of the job
Tracy sat down and spent quality time going through every phase of the job. She presented color palettes and samples. Her suggestions were right on the spot
I am over the moon with the final result. My house looks as if I just moved in. Now I can hang my art and begin to make it a home and not just a place to live.
