Work Description: Backflow preventer
Comments: Called Craig Plumbing to cap off a back flow preventer, received invoice, was told by Tammy in office that everything was completed as well as city inspected. I have paid them and now find out that the job is not completed and they have left long two poles sticking out of the ground as well as another shorter pole with yellow caution tape. The deep hole was left uncovered and has filled up with water. I have left 3 VM's, sent an email and messaged Jim Craig, owner of company with no response from anyone. This is ridiculous that I have had to waste my time doing this when they should of finished the work. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
