Interior Painting

Interior Painting New construction Staining and lacquer of all woodwork, and cabinets. Fold painting and glazing. Painting of rails and stairways. Painting of vaulted ceilings. Painting of garage floors, and textured walls. Complete interior painting, custom or commercial repaints. Partial or touch up upon request.

Exterior Painting

Correia's Quality Painting will perform the following services: Exterior Painting Pressure washing of exterior structures consisting of either wood siding, stucco, or plastered surfaces. Water proofing of sun decks, gazebos, or new fencing. Water blasting of wood shake roofs, peeling woodsiding, and exterior trim. Repair of water damage to stucco, matching of new stucco to old stucco. Matching of colors, old to new. Use of 100% acrylic on all exterior walls, or wood trim. Complete line of elastomeric coating, for commercial or custom structures. Complete exterior painting-Custom or commercial repaints, trims, siding work Partial or touchup upon request.

Double coat painting process

First layer of primer coat in either, oil or latex products.
Second layer finishes coat in either oil, or latex products. Complete prepping process, prior to painting, on all exterior and interior structures.
