Comments: The gentleman that called me within 5 minutes of my contact with network were fabulous. They spoke candidly with me. Soon thereafter despite it being 7:45pm they came to my home within 30 minutes. They diagnosed my issue- solved it by contacting a distributor to get the part and within an hour the part was on site and being put on.Because of their professionalism and expert knowledge, I asked them to price and replace my air conditioner. 24 hours later I had a new system and a friend for life.
