MAINTENANCE
Just as your vehicle needs periodic maintenance to perform properly and prolong its lifespan, so does your hvac system. Today's hvac systems are sophisticated pieces of machinery that require all of its parts (from the compressor, down to the filter) to work in perfect harmony. Failure to perform regular maintenance on a hvac system will result in excessive stress on its components that will lead to decreased performance and costly repairs.
We recommend 2 visits a year (spring & fall). During each visit, our highly trained technicians will perform a seasonally specific maintenance on your hvac system(s), which includes changing your filter(s) if available.
The benefit of having a scheduled Tune-up is that trained professionals will automatically care for your unit on a regular basis. First, your equipment is cleaned and maintained on a regular basis by specialist who are aware of common problems that occur with air-conditioning and heating equipment due to poor maintenance. This does not mean your system will not have a breakdown, but it does mean you will not be plagued by common problems due to system neglect. Secondly the technician can often identify possible problems before they become major issues.
WHEN REPAIRS ARE NEEDED
We will perform a system analysis to evaluate the problem. Some issues are a result of incorrectly designed or installed systems, neglect or continued usage beyond its normal life-cycle. Upon completion of the system diagnostic(s) we will then recommend making any necessary adjustments or repairs to the system.

Comments: Stephen and Cool Breeze provided my family with excellent service in a time of need. When you lose heat in the middle of December on a weekend with 6 people in your home your first concern is how fast can I get the heat restored and how much is it going to cost. I am somewhat technical so I checked the error codes on my unit and understood what wasn’t working but the cause was difficult to diagnose. I called a tech at another company to come out to our home, and after a 10 minute check he said I needed a $350 part and it would take about three days. I paid him his service fee for coming and looked for someone else. I ended up calling Cool Breeze after my wife suggested it, and I'm SO glad I did, because their service rate for coming out was 25% cheaper than others listed. Not only that, but he came that Sunday afternoon and took the time to talk me through what he saw and thoroughly serviced the parts that were related to the cause of the unit not working. His attention to detail found the cause of the problem, and this repair cost no more than the service charge. Our heat was restored along with my assurance in repairmen. I later signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement and have had no issues since. Mr. Bagby and Cool Breeze's attention to detail, experience and his honest approach to his work is why I highly recommend him to anyone.Kernersville NC
