We've had our system for about 15 years, had it inspected and serviced many times by the company that installed it and another very well-known HVAC company, but nobody informed us like this guy did. He even determined the system was wired wrong and was overworking when the heat comes on. He fixed that. The air handling unit is too big for the previously installed duct work and Charles told us what we could do to mitigate adverse effects.He checked everything out, gave my wife peace of mind, did it all with a smile and left us feeling confident in the condition and operation of our HVAC and air cleaner.

But they won't do trouble shooting or repairs on existing duct work. Also you tend to get a different person sent each time, and the resulting lack of continuity can cause communication problems.
